Yes - if you book the VIP Custom Plan, the consultation may be covered by insurance depending on your policy. The meal plan itself would be included as part of your nutrition counseling services.

Are your meal plans fully plant-based?
Yes! I specialize in plant-based nutrition and create fully plant-based plans. I can include animal proteins if you prefer. All plans are tailored to your needs and preferences.
Can you design plans for medical conditions?
Yes - as a registered dietitian, I can create plans for diabetes, heart health, kidney disease, digestive conditions, and more. For these, I recommend the VIP Custom Plan so we can review your health history and labs together.
What if I don't like certain foods?
No problem! The semi-custom and VIP plans include a quick intake form and/or consultation where you can tell me your preferences, allergies, or dislikes. Your plan will fit your lifestyle.
What I need to cook complicated meals?
Not all all. I focus on practical, simple meals with easy prep. You'll also get a grocery list and prep tips to dave time in the kitchen.
